Compensation:
- Per Recovery: $250.00 per completed recovery.
- Mileage Reimbursement: .52 CPM for all miles driven with the recovered asset.
- Per Diem: Federal per diem rate paid for all non-driving days.
Seeking an individual who can:
- Safely operate a company tractor-trailer during equipment recovery.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws and safety regulations, including those related to trucking operations.
- Travel to recovery sites via commercial flight or other pre-approved transportation to conduct safe and legal recovery of company-owned equipment.
- Coordinate with operations to receive recovery assignments.
- Perform detailed inspections of recovered equipment and document the condition or any damage found.
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs or safety issues immediately.
- Complete and submit required documentation for each recovery.
- Secure and transport the recovered equipment to designated terminals.
- Adhere to a delivery schedule and ensure timely and accurate freight delivery.
- Ensure proper handling, securing, and freight documentation to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain communication with the operations teams throughout the trip and provide updates on status or issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally and courteously with customers, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELDs) and other operational documentation.
- Speak and write English well enough to convey information effectively.
- Magnum hauls/delivers a variety of freight for our customers and partner carriers. Some examples may include paper products, household chemicals, alcohol, tobacco, and any food-grade items.
- This is a part-time position, regularly scheduled to work less than 30 hours weekly to maintain continuous employment status. Part-time employees are eligible for some of Magnum's benefits and are subject to each benefits program's terms, conditions, and limitations.

No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
No DUI/DWI in the last 12 months
No preventable DOT accidents in the last 12 months
No serious violations in the last 12 months
Must meet all DOT/FMCSA requirements
