- Minneapolis, MN - $1,275 - $1,600+ per week
- Springfield, MO - $222 daily guaranteed pay
- Omaha, NE - $1,100 - $1,300+ per week
- Denville, NJ - $1,245 - $1,555+ per week ($31.10 per hour - after 90 days increases to $32.10 per hour)
- Cincinnati, OH - $1,160 - $1,450+ per week
- Tulsa, OK - $1,140+ per week or $228+ per day
- Richmond, VA - $1,000 - $1,250 per week
