CDL-A OTR Drivers / $76K - $110K Yearly / 6 Months EXP Req'd

Earning Potential & Pay Features:

  • Earn $76 - 85K your first year! ($1500 - $1700 avg per week). Based on experience; see dropdowns below for a full breakdown.
  • Increase your earning potential with tenure, Driver Scorecard, and certified RED programs!
  • Fleet top 30% earn $1,775 - $2,100 per week ($93,000 - $110,000 per year)
  • $1,300 - $1,400 weekly guarantee (based on experience)
  • If your miles are short (delays, breakdowns, etc.) you still earn the guaranteed amount
  • Door-to-door practical miles - empty and loaded
  • Activity pay for the WORK you do, not just the miles you run:
    • $20 for pickups and deliveries
    • $12 for trailer relays and shuttles
    • $20/hour detention pay (starts after 1 hour)
    • $270 - $280/day layover pay
  • Paid orientation at Nussbaum Headquarters - $200/day
  • Road Warrior Program (optional) ? out 3 - 4 weeks at a time (+$0.02/mile and +$50 on your guarantee)

 

Driver Benefits:

  • Home weekly (on average, our OTR drivers miss 3 weekends per year)
  • Most of our hiring area is home weekly, but some locations require you to be out for two weeks. Your driver hiring manager will clearly explain your options before offering you a job

  • Valid CDL A
