    Pay and Compensation:

    • $1,550 - $2,170/week average
    • $78,000 - $109,200/year
    • Up to $0.69/CPM after your 1st year
    • Breakdown, detention, and layover pay

     

    Bonuses:

    • $5,200 loyalty bonus
    • Up to $0.02/CPM performance bump after 90 days
    • Up to $0.02/CPM increase at 1-year milestone
    • $0.01/CPM annual increase
      • $0.73/CPM at year 5
    • $1,500 referral bonus available
    • $100/week bonus is now available for drivers in their first 52 weeks of employment
    • Clean DOT inspection bonuses
      • $300 for level 1

    Requirements

    • Must possess a valid Class A commercial driver?s license (CDL A)
