The Opportunity
Are you ready to turn your passion into a high-octane career? RideNow Powersports Boulder is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our service operations-serving as the primary point of contact for riders, accurately diagnosing customer needs, managing repair orders, and keeping our service department running seamlessly.
What You'll Own & Achieve
Customer Concierge: Warmly greet customers as the first point of contact and guide them through the entire service experience.
Appointment & Order Management: Schedule service appointments for repairs, maintenance, and recalls; generate clear, accurate service repair orders for Motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and Personal Watercraft.
Service Education & Estimates: Educate customers on required or recommended maintenance, provide clear cost estimates, and promote current promotions or additional service offerings.
Operational Communication: Keep customers updated on vehicle status, notify the Service Manager and customers of any additional recommended work or delays in a timely manner.
Workflow & Delivery: Monitor repair progress to ensure timely, high-quality completion; review completed work with customers upon pickup to ensure complete satisfaction.
Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with technicians, parts counter staff, and management to keep service operations moving without a hitch.
What Brings You to the Team
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
1+ years of experience in a powersports or automotive dealership service department.
Valid Driver's License with a clean, acceptable driving record.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write clear and concise service repair orders.
Fast-Paced Drive: Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Safety First Mindset: Ability to safely navigate active dealership premises, vehicle lots, and service bays around foot traffic and moving vehicles.
Loud & Dynamic Environment: Comfort working in loud environments with frequent motorcycle and engine noise, maintaining continuous situational awareness (head on a swivel) around active shop traffic.
Preferred Qualifications:
Motorcycle Endorsement on valid driver's license.
Prior experience with powersports dealer management software (DMS).

Compensation & Pay Transparency
Training Guarantee: $20.00 per hour for the first 30 days (or total commission earned, whichever is greater).
Pay Structure: Tiered Performance Commission based on monthly Parts & Labor Sales Multiplier.
