    Hiring Company Drivers & Contracting Owner Operators

    Company Driver Benefits:

    • 0.63 - 0.66 CPM
    • Home 95% of weekends
    • Late-model Kenworth T-680s and 53? Reitnouer trailers
    • Full health, vision, dental, and life insurance

    • Minimum load pay:
      • $250
    • $2,500 sign-on bonus
    • $3,000 sign-on bonus
    • 27% of the line haul
      • Up to 30% per quarter
    • Tarp pay:
      • $85/regular load
      • $100/over-length load
    • Layover and shop pay
    • Average length of haul is 700+ miles
    • Less loading and unloading
    • More time driving
    • 60% No-Tarp Freight
    • Weekly home time (unless unforeseen circumstances occur)
    • 100% customer freight (no freight brokers)

     

    Owner Operator Advantages:

    • 80-85% of Line Haul
    • 100% FSC
    • No brokered freight
    • No trailer rental fees
    • Reduced rates at our maintenance shops

     

    Lease Purchase Program:

    • $0 down to start
    • 75% of line haul
    • 100% of the fuel surcharge

     

    Requirements

    • Must possess a valid Class A commercial driver?s license (CDL A)
    • At least 12 months of verifiable over-the-road (OTR) flatbed experience
