Solo Driver Pay and Compensation:
- Top 50% of drivers average $97,500/year
- Top starting mileage pay:
- $0.80/mile
- $2,450 - $4,125 transition bonus
Team Driver Pay and Compensation:
- Top 50% of drivers average $121,800 per driver/year
- Top starting mileage pay:
- $1.07/mile
- $2,450 - $4,125 transition bonus

Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Class A commercial driver?s license (CDL A)
- At least 8 months of verifiable commercial driving experience, or 6 months if you are teaming with an experienced driver
- Currently eligible to operate a commercial motor vehicle under DOT/FMCSA regulations and company policy
- To remain eligible for company insurance coverage, operators must demonstrate a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR), defined as having three (3) or fewer moving violations in the most recent three-year window
- No recordable accidents or major moving violations (as defined by 49 CFR ยง383.5) within the last 3 years
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (per 49 CFR Part 40) and have a clear status in the FMCSA Clearinghouse
