What You'll Be Doing
- Oil changes and scheduled maintenance
- Building/ setting up new machines as they are needed--from pontoons to PWCs
- Tires, batteries and basic service work
- Vehicle inspections and setup
- Entry-level mechanical repairs
- Learning diagnostics and more advanced repairs as your skills develop
- Working alongside experienced Powersports technicians
- Receiving paid OEM and factory training
- Opportunities for advancement
What You Need
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Your own basic mechanics tools
- Ability to safely use those tools
- A strong work ethic
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
- No MMI degree required.
- No years of dealership experience required.
- No previous Powersports experience required.
- Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises-including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas-while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
