    The Opportunity

    Are you ready to turn your passion into a high-octane career? We're looking for a sharp, driven Lot Technician/Porter to join our fast-paced team at RideNow Boulder. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our store operations, keeping our showroom and lot organized, moving inventory safely, and ensuring every unit is pristine and ready for action.

    What You'll Own & Achieve:

    • Manage Lot & Showroom Display: Arrange, stage, and display motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and personal watercraft to maintain an appealing and accessible layout.
    • Transport & Handle Vehicles Safely: Move, push, and maneuver heavy powersports equipment around the lot, showroom, and service areas with precision.
    • Detail & Prep Inventory: Wash, clean, detail, and inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles to ensure top display and delivery standards.
    • Assist Delivery & Unloading: Support loading and unloading units from transport trucks, verifying inventory tags and documentation upon arrival.
    • Maintain Lot Safety & Cleanliness: Keep the dealership lot, staging zones, and work bays clean, clear of hazards, and well-maintained.
    • Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with our parts counter and service team to keep operations moving without a hitch.

    What Brings You to the Team:

    • Physical Capability & Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs, push and maneuver heavy powersports equipment up to 850 lbs (large, heavy motorcycles), and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
    • Valid Driver's License: Clean driving record required; motorcycle endorsement (or willingness to obtain) is a strong plus.
    • Team Player Mindset: Strong communication skills and a willingness to assist sales and service departments as needed.
    • Passion for Powersports: Enthusiasm for motorcycles, ATVs, and powersports gear.
    • Relevant Experience: Background in warehouse operations, shipping/logistics, or inventory software is a strong plus!
    • Safety First mindset: Ability to safely navigate active dealership premises, vehicle lots, and showrooms around foot traffic and moving vehicles.
    • Loud & Dynamic Environment: Comfort working in loud environments with frequent motorcycle noise, maintaining continuous situational awareness (head on a swivel) around active showroom and warehouse traffic.

    • Competitive Hourly Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
