FRIENDS & FAMILY DRIVER TRAINING PROGRAM
- Want to train a friend, family member, or significant other?
- Receive a $100 referral bonus (for current drivers)
- Mentor pay and bonuses
- 1-day class for certification
- Certification is valid to train a single friend or family member
- Trainees are required to run 60 days of OTR 7/2 or 12/3 according to the experienced OTR driver hiring map prior to moving to another fleet
Qualification Standards:
- Requires 6 months of OTR experience
- Safe driving record
Friends & Family Mentor Class:
- Classes can be coordinated with partners' orientation
- Wednesday
- Friday
Pay:
- Same pay and bonuses for the duration of training
- $75 for mentor class
- $100 referral bonus
- Solo CPM for all truck miles
- Additional .10cpm for all miles with a student on the truck
