FirstFleet basic driver Qualifications include:
Minimum of 21 years of age
Class A CDL from your state of residence
One-year verifiable experience
No DUI/DWI convictions within past 5 years
No chargeable D.O.T. reportable accidents within the past three years.

Pay:
- 2nd Shift: $24.00 per hour- Start time 6PM
- Overtime after 40 hours at time and a half. Average $1,350 gross direct deposit Fridays
- Conditional incentive of $150 per week for reporting on all scheduled days and on time
- Quarterly Safety Bonus program
- Move trailers on and off the doors
- Shuttle trailers between two facilities located 10 miles apart
- Perform drop and hook operations
- 2nd Shift: 18:00 pm - 06:00 am
- 1st Work Week: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun (Five 12-hour shifts (60 hours))
- 2nd Work Week: Wed, Thurs (Two 12-hour shifts (24 hours))
