- We believe in the jobs we offer, and we?re confident you?ll find a home here. But if you decide within your first 90 days that Nussbaum isn't the right fit, we?ll help you transition out with a $2,000 payout.
- No gimmicks or strings attached. (Must haul for 30 days and separate before 90 days).
Base Pay Upgrades: Earn Premium Rates
- Live in Chicago IL, Quad Cities IL/IA, Kenosha WI, Indianapolis IN, or Columbus OH? You automatically receive a higher baseline rate
- +$0.05/mile added to your base rate and +$100 to your weekly guarantee
- Prefer to stay out 3-4 weeks at a time instead of taking weekly home time? We pay you extra for keeping the wheels turning
- +$0.02/mile added to your base rate and +$50 to your weekly guarantee
Paid for the WORK You Do
- Detention Pay: $20/hour (Starts after just 1 hour)
- Layover Pay: $270 - $280/day
- Pickups & Deliveries: $20 per stop
- Relays & Shuttles: $12 each
- Orientation: $200/day (Paid at Nussbaum Headquarters)

Driver Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- At least 6 months of recent experience
- Valid CDL A
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Meet all other Nussbaum requirements
