Solo Owner Operators:
- Avg. Weekly Gross: $4,100 - $5,200*/ week
- Avg. Annual Gross: $200,000 - $250,000* yearly estimate
- CPM: $1.31 per loaded mile + fuel surcharge
Team Owner Operators:
- Avg. Weekly Gross: $12,500 - $13,500* / week
- Avg. Annual Gross: $600,000 - $650,000* yearly estimate
- CPM: $1.55 per loaded mile + fuel surcharge
Industry-Leading Weekly Miles:
- Solos: 2,000 - 2,500 miles per week
- Teams: 5,000 - 5,500 miles per week
- Paid on ALL miles - loaded and empty miles
- Fuel surcharge (FSC) paid in addition to mileage rates

Forward Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 12 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience
- Minimum age of 23 years
- Meet all DOT qualification requirements
