  • Dedicated Team Driving Position
  • $0.66 base CPM to start ? per driver
  • 3,037 miles per week - per driver
  • $104,000 - $110,000 first year earnings (per driver), with much higher future potential
  • Massive upward pay package potential:
    • Increase your earnings via:
      • Bonus program ? average increase around $0.035-$0.04/mile. Some drivers increase as much as $0.07-$0.08/mile
      • Driver development program ? Certified Red ? potential increase up to $0.07/mile over time
      • Profit sharing ? Varies based on company performance. Average year is worth roughly $0.02/mile while a strong year could be worth as much as $0.04+/mile.
      • Employee Stock Ownership Plan - Average year is worth roughly $0.03-$0.04/mile
  • Late model, Freightliner Cascadia
  • Home each weekend and once during the week
