Nussbaum Transportation is Hiring Flatbed Company Drivers
Weekly + Bi-Weekly Home Time (Based on Location)
Earning Potential & Pay Features:
- Earn $100,000+ your first year! (mileage, activity pay, trans. bonus, profit sharing)

- First-year flatbed drivers earn $1,725 - $2,000 per week

- Door to door practical miles?empty & loaded
- Paid Orientation at Nussbaum Headquarters?$200/day
- Activity Pay for the WORK you do, not just the miles you run:
- $30 for pickups and deliveries
- $30 for stop-offs (any customer location in-between pickup and final delivery)
- $70 for initial tarping; $35 for each re-tarping
- $20/hr detention pay (starts after 1hr)
- Breakdown & layover pay
- Oversize Pay is ~$3,600/year! (based on avg. loads per flatbed driver). There are three tiers:
- Tier 1: less than 10? wide = +$0.10/mile and $50 flat, per load
- Tier 2: 10?-12? wide = +$0.15/mile and $75 flat, per load
- Tier 3: >12? wide = +$0.20/mile and $100 flat, per load
- Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonus! based on Nussbaum's profitability.

Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL A
- Minimum age of 21
- At least 6 months of recent Flatbed experience
- No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
- Meet all other Nussbaum requirements
