$20 per stop after the first stop (driver assisted unload)

$50 CA Stop pay (driver assisted unload)
$125 CA Jobsite pay (driver assisted unload)
$100 34 restart while on the road
$100 Additional touch Load bonus
$300 weekend Layover Pay while on a load
Layover Pay is $14/hr. 8 hours max per day
Detention and Breakdown Pay $16/hr (after first hour)
Pay periods are BI-WEEKLY
$1,000 sign-on bonus paid out on the first check
6 PAID Holidays (plus $100 for working the holiday)(starts after 1st 90 days)

Freight
53' Dry van, Drop and hook, Live load/unload, and Touch freight
Windows, Furniture, and Freight of all kinds. Primarily contracted freight with brokers used for backhauls
Rands Trucking specializes in multi-stop loads that involve touch freight. More than half of our loads are touch freight. This freight is typically windows, and the driver is responsible for assisting in getting the freight to the back of the trailer. This is only tailgating work, and you will be compensated an extra $0.02 CPM for all assisted unload loads

We purchase trucks brand new and typically keep them up to eight years. As much as possible, Rands does all maintenance in-house which allows us to run our trucks a little longer than other companies
Orientation
Orientations start every Monday and Wednesday onsite at our Terminal in Ladysmith
$100 per day (Meals, Travel, and Hotel Accommodations provided)
