Company Driver, Dedicated/Local - Home Daily
Job Details
- Shuttling local freight for Worthington Industries in Columbus, OH
- 10.5 hr shifts (x4/week, ~40-42 weekly hours)
- Day Shift position
- Expect 1-2 additional weekly shifts 10-20% of the time (~5-10 weeks per year). May include covering weekend or non-traditional shift.
- Earn more for additional shifts (see pay section below)
Earning Potential & Pay Features
- $28/hr, or approx. $1,176 per week
- $1,100 weekly minimum guarantee - protection in case plant is shut down, shifts cancelled, etc.
- Earn more when covering additional shifts:
- +1 shift, earn approx. $1,470 per week
- +2 shifts, earn approx. $1,764 per week
- Quarterly Bonus Program - avg. $1,150 per quarter (high can be $1,300-$1,800!)
- $65-$72K annual earnings, depending on shifts covered, quarterly bonus, etc.

Early Exit Option
We believe in the jobs we offer, and we're confident you'll find a home here. But, if you decide in the first 90 days that Nussbaum isn't the right fit, we'll help you transition out with a $2,000 payout. No gimmicks or strings attached. Must haul for 30 days and separate before 90 days.

Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL A
- Minimum age of 21
- 6 months of recent experience OR complete our training program
- No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
- Meet all other Nussbaum requirements
