Dedicated Driver - Warrensburg, MO
Job Details
- Pickup in Warrensburg, MO
- You will be assigned a standard pickup time, either 12pm or 3pm
- Delivering to Normal, IL - out and back
- Schedule alternates between a long and a short week:
- Long (3 round trips) - first load on Monday, home for the weekend on Saturday (~2,285 miles)
- Short (2 round trips) - first load on Tuesday, home for the weekend on Friday (~1,525 miles)
- Assigned Freightliner Cascadia (no slip-seating)
- 100% no-touch freight
Home Time
- We anticipate 70 hours per weekend!
- Home every other day during the week
Earning Potential & Pay Features
- $1,400 weekly minimum guarantee
- We expect you will earn ~$1,500 on long weeks (miles + activity pay). As your scorecard bonus grows (see below), you could earn $1,600 on long weeks!
- Expect to earn the minimum $1,400 on short weeks.
- $0.55/mile starting rate
- Increase your rate through Certified RED and scorecard programs!
- Door to door practical miles - empty & loaded
- Activity Pay: $20 per pickup and delivery ($80 per round trip, pickup and delivery for both outbound and return load)
- Quarterly Profit Sharing Bonus! Share in Nussbaum's financial success.
- Paid Orientation at Nussbaum Headquarters - $200/day
Early Exit Option
We believe in the jobs we offer, and we're confident you'll find a home here. But, if you decide in the first 90 days that Nussbaum isn't the right fit, we'll help you transition out with a $2,000 payout. No gimmicks or strings attached. Must haul for 30 days and separate before 90 days.

Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL A
- Minimum age of 21
- 6 months of recent experience OR complete our training program
- No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
- Meet all other Nussbaum requirements
