Responsibilities
- Assist with preventative maintenance and basic diesel repairs
- Perform inspections on trucks and equipment
- Help diagnose mechanical issues under supervision
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Complete service documentation as needed
- 2+ years Diesel Engine Repair with Basic mechanical knowledge or diesel training preferred
- Technical school or shop experience is a plus
- Must possess a valid driver's license and meet insurability
- CDL Preferred but not Required
- Willingness to learn and grow in the diesel industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Self-motivated & Leadership skills
