Take the wheel with NFI's dedicated spotting fleet and earn $24$25 per hour. This local, home-daily position keeps you close to home while safely moving trailers and assisting with equipment at the yard

Join NFI to take advantage of:
  • Hourly pay of $23.50$24.50
  • Home-daily with consistent schedules
  • Spotter duties include moving trailers in the yard, in and out of dock doors, and yard checks for trailer maintenance and counts

  • Our shops maintain an estimated 60% of our trucks and trailers
  • Safety, referral, and inspection bonuses
Pay Range: 23.50-24.50 per_hour, General Benefits: Employees are also eligible for a robust benefit program , which includes medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage; a 401k plan; a wellness program; life insurance; paid time off, and paid parental leave, among other benefit plan options.
