Here’s what to expect when you drive with DMT:
Percentage Pay:

  • Earn 27% of linehaul

  • Top 25% of drivers average $1,500 - $1,700 weekly

  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

    • Receive $1,500 after the 1st load!

  • Additional pay:

    • $3,000 driver referral bonus

    • Safety Bonus Pay

    • Tarp and Stop pay

  • Home Most Weekends

  • Lease Purchase Program

  • Direct Deposit

  • Free Passenger Policy (18+)

  • Pet Policy (with deposit)

  • 6 Paid Holidays

  • Paid Vacation

  • Take your truck home

  • Major medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 30 days!

  • 401(k) Retirement Plan

  • Safe Driving Bonus Program


Flatbed Truck Driver Hiring Requirements

  • Minimum age 22 years old

  • Class A CDL

  • Preferred Experience

  • 1 year OTR/Regional with 6 months Flatbed experience within the last 5 years

  • Training programs for qualified applicants

  • If NO Flatbed experience, 3 week training is provided

  • If less than 9 months Flatbed experience, 2 week training is provided

  • If NO OTR/Regional experience, 4-6 week training is provided (recent truck driving school grads accepted)
