TCI Transportation is growing and seeking safe, dependable, and customer-focused Class A CDL Drivers to join our expanding Jacksonville-based operation. Position Highlights

• Home Daily
• $0.42 per mile
• Approximately 2,200 average weekly miles
• Multiple Start Times Available:
  • 12:00 AM
  • 10:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM
• Touch-Freight Position
• $90.00 trailer roll-off pay
• 1-6 stops per route
  • $11.00 per stop
• $150.00 6th day bonus
• $130 minimum daily pay
• Pallet jack/lift-gate experience is a plus

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle.
• Load and unload baked goods.
• Deliver products efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Complete 1-6 stops per route as assigned.
• Properly handle and secure products throughout the delivery process.
• Follow all TCI safety policies, DOT regulations, and company procedures.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at each delivery location.

Driver Qualifications

To be considered, applicants must have:

• Minimum 12 months of Class A CDL driving experience within the past 2 years.
• Verifiable employment history for the past 3 years.
• A safe driving record that meets TCI's insurance and safety standards.
• Ability to safely perform touch-freight loading and unloading.
• Pallet jack and/or lift-gate experience preferred.
• A strong commitment to professionalism, reliability, customer service, and safety.
