Mileage-Based Pay
Benefits:
- Earn up to $0.70 per mile
- Newer fleet of Peterbilt 389 and Kenworth W900 - long and tall trucks with chrome, lights, and big horsepower
- Home on weekends
- $75 a day per diem
- $500 sign-on bonus and $500 driver referral bonus
- $100 good inspection reward (1 per month)
- Christmas bonuses
- Monthly bonus of $200 for running over 10,000 miles
- $0.01 per mile raise after 2 years and 5 years
- 4% simple IRA match
- Equipped with a refrigerator, an inverter, and more
Weekly insurance cost if you choose to take it:
- Employee - $25
- Employee and Children - $85
- Employee and Spouse - $125
- Employee and Family - $135
Mileage-Based Pay:
- Below 375 miles - $0.70
- 375 to 449 miles - $0.62
- 450 to 524 miles - $0.58
- 525 to 575 miles - $0.56
- Above 575 miles - $0.54
Requirements
- Valid CDL A
- At least 2 years of verifiable CDL A experience
- Willing to run at least 5+ days at a time
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
