Looking to add some excitement to your driving career? Want to stand out among other drivers on the road? Koch Trucking is looking to hire CDL-A truck drivers to join our specialized division. The specialized division at Koch Trucking haul ATVs and other recreational vehicles on unique, custom decking trailers. Hauling specialized equipment provides bigger paychecks and familiar routes. All candidates must have a valid CDL-A license and one year of driving experience.
Job Highlights:
- Top performers earn $100,000+ / YR
- Average drivers earn $85,000+ / YR
- Starting pay: $0.58 - $0.60 CPM
- $6,000 Hiring Bonus

- Setup pay: $75 per load
- Stop pay: $30 per stop after first stop
- Average Weekly Miles: +2400
- All trucks are 3 years old or newer - average age of truck fleet is 16 months
- Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks come equipped with:
- Refrigerators, leather interior, double curtain wrap, double bunks, built-in inverters and other driver friendly features
- All expenses paid orientation in a luxury hotel: Roseville and Appling, GA

Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience
- Must have driven 6 months within the last 24 months.
- No more than 4 moving violations within the last 3 years
- A minimum of 22 years of age
- No major chargeable accidents within the last 36 months
- No more than 3 chargeable minor accidents in the last 3 years or 2 in the past 12 months
- No DWI's or DUI's within the last 10 years and only one allowed.
