No Refusals.No DUI convictions, open container, or alcohol related incidents in previous 7 years.No Careless driving or reckless driving convictions on MVR or PSP in the previous 3 years.No at fault rear end collisions, rollover accidents, or jackknife accidents in the previous 3 years.No more than a combination of 3 qualifications below: No more than 2 at fault accidents in the previous 3 years and No more than 2 moving violations in the previous 3 years.An acceptable PSP report; Combination of 4 or more violations, inspections, or warnings MUST be reviewed and approved by safety.No speeding convictions of 15 mph or more over the posted speed limit in the previous 3 years.Required to have 10 years of experience filled out; If there is a gap of 6 months or more of employment, then we must have a signed Employment of Declaration document.Primary residence must be within: (Home Daily/Local) a 50-mile commute from the Domicile assigned on hire date.This position is exempt from overtime pay pursuant to Section 13(b)(1) of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
