Requirements:
- Must have valid drivers license
- Must be at least 23 years of age (required for commercial insurance eligibility)
- Minimum 3/4 ton or higher pickup required for hauling
- Background check conducted in accordance with applicable laws
- Current DOT medical card
- Acceptable MVR/PSP review & commitment to safety
