Your Role

You'll have full ownership of operations, profitability, people, and performance, while setting the standard for quality and customer experience.

You Will

  • Lead estimators, technicians, painters, parts & support teams

  • Own P&L, staffing, labor, and cost controls

  • Drive KPIs, productivity, and cycle time

  • Hire, coach, and retain top talent

  • Build strong insurance and customer relationships

  • Ensure quality, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of collision repair management experience

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Deep understanding of estimating, production flow, and insurance relations

  • Results-driven, accountable, and people-focused

  • Valid driver's license (Bachelor's degree preferred)
