RideNow Powersports Kansas, is seeking a passionate and skilled Service Technician A or B level to join our dynamic team. As a Service Technician at RideNow Powersports, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing powersports vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the highest levels of safety and performance. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment and/or service manuals
- Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers
- Install accessories and upgrades for customers, ensuring proper fit and functionality
- Test ride vehicles to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of all repairs, services, and transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Service Technician is preferred
- Proficient knowledge of powersports vehicles and their mechanisms
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
