RideNow Powersports - North Ft. Worth is seeking a reliable Lot Technician/Porter to join our team. This is a Forklift driving position, and you must be 21 years of age or older. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the safe operation, movement, and organization of powersports vehicles on our lot and must have the ability to transport vehicles with a truck and trailer. You must be comfortable and capable of handling a wide variety of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and more.
What You'll Do:
- Safely drive, move, and park motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles on the lot, in the showroom, and in service areas
- Assist with vehicle check-in and inspection upon delivery
- Keep the lot neat, clean, and organized at all times
- Prepare units for customer delivery, including cleaning and fueling
- Deliver and pick up units to customers
- Support the sales and service teams with unit movement and logistics
- Maintain awareness of the lot's layout and assist in managing inventory flow
- Perform general support tasks as needed
- Experience working in an automotive dealership, powersports dealership, or auction environment a plus
- A valid driver's license with clean driving record is a must to be considered
- Skillful and capable of moving large, heavy motorcycles (some up to 850 pounds fully dressed)
- Ability to drive a truck with small trailer or the desire to learn
- Motorcycle endorsement and riding experience, preferred
- Ability to interact with customers, managers, and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Trustworthy, punctual, and dedicated
- Ability to be on your feet most of the day
- Ability to work a 40-50 hour schedule, including Saturdays
