Experienced Driver Benefits:
- OTR drivers earn $1,080 - $1,625 per week ($56,160 - $84,500 annually)
- Home Weekly drivers earn $1,197 - $1,503 per week ($62,244 - $78,162 annually)

- Multiple home time options (depending on location):
- OTR Run Options ? Stay out 2-3 weeks, run solid miles
- Home Weekly Options ? Minimum 34-hour reset
- Orientation - Paid orientation, paid stay while at orientation & paid travel arrangements!
In Cab Instructor Benefits:
- Hiring In Cab Instructors around these locations: Amherst, WI, Auburn, ME, Sumter, SC, Des Moines, IA, & Kutztown, PA
- Instructors are paid $100,000 annually
- $7,500 sign-on bonus
- Hands-On Teaching Role ? Share your expertise with new drivers!
- Provide over-the-road training for new CDL-A drivers with less than six months of experience.
- Offer refresher training for experienced drivers and remedial training for those on development plans.
- Instructors are required to share a truck with the trainee throughout the training period.
Recent Graduate Benefits:
- Recent grads start at $0.54 CPM
- $750 guaranteed per week (as long as actively working)
- Get home 2-3 days, every 2-3 weeks
- You got your license. Now it?s time to get experience.
- Tuition reimbursement and paid training opportunities to support your career growth
- What to Expect:
- 3 days in orientation
- 5 days of classroom/training terminal time
- 4 weeks in-cab paid training with an experienced driver
- Fast-track option: 2 weeks in-cab training (based on evaluation)
- Get your own truck and head home after training
All Driver Requirements:
- Must have an active Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years or older
- No recent safety terminations
Experienced Drivers Requirements:
- Must have 6+ months of experience in last 12 months
In Cab Instructors Requirements:
- 3+ years of verifiable, accident-free Class A CMV experience in interstate commerce
- Recent Graduates Requirements:
- Graduated from a CDL school within the last 90 days

Bison USA was formed through the merger of Britton Transport and H.O. Wolding in 2022. Founded in 1980 by Dave Britton, Britton Transport started as a small truck broker service out of Grand Forks, ND that quickly opened additional facilities in Sioux Falls, ND and Des Moines, IA to support their growing midwest and eventual national expansion. H.O. Wolding dates back to 1935 when it was founded in Wisconsin by Herbert Wolding. The company remained family owned and operated as it grew into one of the largest transport companies in the upper Midwest. The shared values of these companies live on today in Bison USA.
