Why This Role Is DifferentAs a Level IV generator technician, you're not handed a checklist-you're trusted to diagnose, decide, and deliver. You'll work on advanced generator systems, tackling challenging mechanical and electrical issues that require real expertise. You'll own your work from start to finish, ensuring systems run safely, efficiently, and reliably for customers who depend on you to get it right the first time.Just as important, you'll play a leadership role-mentoring junior technicians, setting the standard for quality and professionalism, and helping build a team that takes pride in exceptional workmanship. - Solving complex mechanical and electrical challenges in real-world environments
- Delivering clear, accurate service documentation and recommendations
- Working independently with limited supervision-your expertise drives the approach
- Supporting customers by meeting deadlines and maintaining high service standards
- Mentoring less-experienced technicians and sharing hard-earned knowledge
- Have deep experience in engine or generator environments

- High School or GED
- Certification in Diesel Technology
- Advanced knowledge of complex engines/generator/etc
- 12+ years of customer service experience
- 12+ years of experience in an engine shop environment
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Proficiency with relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, design tools, coding languages)
