- Drivers gross $90,000+ yearly
- Route pay:
- $353 per driver
- $45 per diem per driver
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home on weekends
- Driver referral bonus:
- $1,000 per driver hired

Company Driver Requirements:
- Valid CDL A
- At least 6 months of verifiable CDL A driving experience
- Doubles endorsement and experience are required
- Must be willing to team or already established as a team driver
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- At least 5 years of industry driving experience may be substituted for a high school diploma or GED
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) in the last 3 years
- No more than 3 moving violations/traffic citations in the past 3 years
- No more than 2 preventable accidents (chargeable or not) in the last 3 years
- No DUIs/DWIs in the past 3 years
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Drivers must live within 45 miles of Portland, OR, or be willing to relocate for this position
