- $60k-$70k per year, salaried position

Requirements:
- Must be able and willing to travel extensively across BEC?s footprint, including frequent overnight stays as needed
- Comfortable with an approximate travel schedule of 80%, including multiple overnight stays per week
- Valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record required
- 3+ years of hands-on experience operating heavy equipment, preferably sewer or hydro excavation equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Prior demonstration, training, or customer-facing field experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional, dependable, and safety-focused approach
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred
