Requirements:
- No DOT defined major violations in the previous 3 years
- TSH?s safety department must approve driver accident history
- No more than 1 moving violation conviction in the last 12 months, no more than 2 in the previous 3 years
- Complete TSH orientation
- Pass road test
- Must be at least 23 years of age or older unless approved by the safety department
