Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) is hiring CDL-A Drivers
- Company Drivers earn up to $1,600 weekly
- Lease Operators earn up to $4,700 weekly
- 1,500-2,000 miles per week
- Steady Freight & Consistent Miles
Dry Van (Company & Lease Options):
- Company: Earn $1,300 ? $1,600+ per week
- Start at 60-62 CPM based on experience (average pay is 71 CPM)
- Minimum guaranteed weekly pay: $1,300 per week for the first 12 weeks
- Lease: Earn $3,500 ? $4,300+ gross per week
- Two-year lease: $8,000 completion bonus ($2,000 after year one and $6,000 after year two)
- Multiple routes available (Dedicated, Midwest Regional, and OTR routes available)
- Home weekly options for dedicated and Midwest regional routes
- OTR drivers home every two weeks, when requested
- Mostly drop & hook freight
- Lease Purchase program available
Flatbed Driver (Lease):
- Company: Earn $1,400 ? $1,800 gross per week
- Pay Range: Start at 60-65 CPM based on experience
- Minimum guaranteed weekly pay: $1,400 per week for the first 12 weeks
- Lease: Earn $3,700 ? $4,700+ gross per week
- One-year lease: $4,000 completion bonus
- Increased tarping pay
- 50% over-dimensional pay

ATS Driver Requirements
- Minimum of 21 years old with a valid CDL-A License
- Company : 1+ year verifiable OTR experience
- Lease: 1+ year verifiable OTR experience
- Must meet DOT requirements
- Must have stable, verifiable work history & acceptable driving record
