With various commodities and lanes, Montgomery Transport offers flexibility on how YOU want to get paid: percentage or CPM! Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight and unbeatable support, along with percentage or cents-per-mile pay options, averaging $70,000 - $75,000 per year!
Pay:
- $.53-.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay and Annual $.01 CPM tenure pay increase
OR
- Choose 27% of line haul
- Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 days - 2 years = $1,200 and 2 years+ = $1,300!
Additional advantages:
- Orientation pay $5,000 - paid in first 120 days!

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements:
- 1-year CDL-A OTR with at least 6-month flatbed experience
- Flatbed experience must be in the past three years.
- No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years
- Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requirement
- No DUI in the past 10 years
