Paid Training for Recent CDL-A Graduates

Training Program

After Training
- Teams start up to $0.79 CPM: $0.75 CPM base + $0.04 CPM safety/service
- Solos start at $0.46 CPM: $0.42 CPM base + $0.04 CPM safety/service
- Once our company drivers reach $0.55 CPM base, they will earn base rate increases every 50,000 miles with no cap!

Our drivers typically only run routes east of the Mississippi, meaning you’ll be home every 1-2 weeks depending on the freight!
Requirements:
- Must have a valid CDL-A license
- Minimum of 3 months experience required

Paschall Truck Lines was started by the late L.W. Paschall and his wife Mary Frank Paschall in 1937. We now have over 3,000 trailers and 1,100 tractors and drivers in our fleet.
