- Starting Pay 37 cpm with 2 years experience
- $10 Load Secure Fee Paid on Every Load for strapping, chaining, etc.

Requirements:
FLATBED DRIVER, 23-24 YEARS OF AGE:
- 1 yr verifiable tractor trailer exp (van, flatbed or any combination) within the past 2 years.
- Alabama coil certification must be completed - driver's expense. (This can be done post hire. Cost is $10 with our discount)
- No Moving violations w/in the past 3 yearsNo preventable accidents w/in the past 3 years
- No convictions for Reckless Driving w/in the past 5 years
- No convictions for DUI or DWI w/in the past 5 years
- No suspensions or revocations for moving violations w/in the past 5 years
- Drivers must have a Class A CDL
- Not currently involved in any pending court action that would disqualify him/her from employment
- No felony convictions
- No misdemeanors for theft or violence within the past 10 years
- No misdemeanors for drugs within the past 5 years
FLATBED DRIVER, 25+ YEARS OF AGE:
- 1 yr verifiable tractor trailer exp (van, flatbed or any combination) within the past 2 years.
- Drivers must have a Class A CDL
- Alabama coil certification must be completed - driver's expense. (This can be done post hire. Cost is $10 with our discount)
- No convictions for Reckless Driving w/in the past 5 years
- No convictions for DUI or DWI w/in the past 5 years
- No suspensions or revocations for a moving violation w/in the past 5 years
- No serious violations w/in previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with a fatality)
- No more than 1 moving violation w/in the past 12 months
- No more than 2 moving violations w/in the past 3 years
- Not currently involved in any pending court action that would disqualify him/her from employment
- No felony convictions
- No misdemeanors for theft or violence within the past 10 years
- No misdemeanors for drugs within the past 5 years
