Our strong three-to-one trailer to tractor ratio also allows Celadon customers to save time and money by loading in advance with spotted trailers.

We’re Celadon Trucking Services and we believe in rewarding teams for their extra effort. In addition to an excellent base rate, we pay our teams an incentive bonus at 16,500 miles and a second bonus at 18,500 miles - for ALL miles driven. In addition to great bonuses, our teams can earn up to five weeks of paid vacation per year (including $900/week). There are no hitches or gimmicks that come up later, these incentives are based on the miles you drive and cannot be taken away for any reason. No gimmicks. Qualifications:

• At least 22 years old at the time of application
• Must have one year verifiable tractor/trailer experience in the past 24 months OR 18 months verifiable tractor/trailer experience in the past 36 months
• Must hold a valid CDL Class A license issued by the applicant's state of residence
• Good driving record
• No DWI, DUI, careless or reckless driving, hit and run, alcohol/chemical test or criminal convictions in the last 10 years
